遥感技术在农业保险领域中的应用分析

Analysis on Application of Remote Sensing Technology in Agricultural Insurance

遥感技术具有探测范围大、速度快、精确度高等特点,应用于农业保险领域可以有效解决传统农业保险承保理赔模式中存在的各种问题。论文对遥感技术应用于农业保险领域的场景和所发挥的作用进行分析,认为遥感技术应用于农业保险领域还存在相关法律法规不能适应行业发展需求、遥感卫星技术与国外差距大、保险公司与农户间存在信息差、相关农业基础数据缺失、行业数据共享存在障碍及缺乏复合型专业技术人才等问题,最后针对这些问题提出了相应的对策建议。

The remote sensing technology has the characteristics of large detection range,high speed and accuracy,which can effectively solve various problems under agricultural insurance mode when it is applied.This paper analyzes the scene and role of the remote sensing technology in agricultural insurance.It is considered that there are still some problems in the application of remote sensing technology in agricultural insurance,such as the relevant laws and regulations can not meet the needs of the development of the industry,the remote sensing satellite technology still has a big gap compared with foreign countries,the information gap between insurance companies and farmers,the lack of relevant agricultural basic data,the obstacles in industry data sharing and the lack of compound professionals,etc.Finally,the corresponding counterparts are putting forward for these problems.
