提升我国农业产业体系竞争力的思考与建议

Thoughts and Suggestions on Improving the Competitiveness of China’s Agricultural Industry System

提高农业产业体系竞争力是提高农产品供给稳定性,增强农业产业竞争力的有效途径。我国农业产业链、供应链、价值链的发育程度存在差异,距离构建现代农业产业体系的要求还有较大距离。建议从理顺农产品价格形成机制、建立健全农业风险防范政策体系、大力推进农业标准化建设、完善农业产业法律政策、改革农业管理体制等方面构建基于竞争力导向的农业产业政策体系。

Improving the competitiveness of agricultural industry system is an effective way to improve the stability of agricultural products supply and enhance the competitiveness of agricultural industry.There are differences in the development of agricultural industrial chain,supply chain and value chain in China,and there are still many problems compared with the requirements of building a modern agricultural industrial system.It is suggested that we should rationalize the price formation mechanism of agricultural products,establish and improve the policy system of agricultural risk prevention,vigorously promote the construction of agricultural standardization,improve the legal policies of agricultural industry,and reform the agricultural management system based on the competitiveness oriented agricultural industrial policy system.
