Research on Financial Innovation Based on the Quantitative System of Natural Resources

论文基于自然资源负债表编制及核算理论和金融创新理论,在总结分析当前个体自然资源价值量化、金融化实现路径的基础上,通过构建模型分析金融中介在自然资源量化体系中的影响,创新探索了生态资源价值量化的融资模式和服务框架,以期为商业银行发挥金融中介主导作用、激活各类自然资源要素参与经济社会发展提供理论指导。

Based on the theory of natural resource balance sheet compilation&accounting and financial innovation,the paper summarizes and analyzes the current path of individual natural resource value quantification and financial realization,and builds a model to analyze the role of financial intermediaries in the natural resource quantification system.By exploring and innovating the financing model and service framework for quantifying the value of ecological resources,we provide reference for commercial banks about giving full play to the leading role of financial intermediary and activating various natural resources to participate in economic and social development.
