打赢脱贫攻坚战是近几年党中央、社会各机构及部门共同努力的目标,在全国精准扶贫过程中,金融扶贫政策实施效果显著,资本市场作为金融市场的重要组成部分,在金融扶贫工作中发挥了重要作用。资本市场这一利剑,有效解决了贫困地区融资难的问题,带动了大量人口实现脱贫,发挥了不可替代的作用。通过对资本市场扶贫效果的研究,可为今后有效缩小城乡差距、建设新农村提供了理论和实践依据。论文从股票市场、债券市场、期货市场和基金业四个方面重点研究了资本市场的扶贫现状,并提出了相应的扶贫对策与建议。

In recent years,the Party Central Committee,social organizations and departments have made joint efforts to win the battle against poverty.In the process of national targeted poverty alleviation,financial poverty alleviation policies have achieved remarkable effects.As an important part of the financial market,capital market has made important achievements in financial poverty alleviation.The sharp sword of the capital market has played an irreplaceable role in effectively solving the problem of the financing difficulties in poor areas and driving a large number of people out of poverty.Through the research on the poverty alleviation of the capital market,it provides theoretical and practical basis for effectively narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and building rural areas in the future.This paper focuses on the current situation of poverty alleviation in the capital market from four aspects of stock market,bond market,futures market and fund industry,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for poverty alleviation.
