摘要
MoSi^(2)颗粒的分散性对MoSi^(2)基复合材料的组织和性能有着非常重要的影响。本研究采用机械搅拌和沉降方法,研究了十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对MoSi^(2)颗粒分散性的影响。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和Zeta电位仪对MoSi^(2)粉体进行表征。结果表明,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的分散剂浓度、固液比、分散时间等分散条件对MoSi^(2)颗粒分散性有很大的影响。SDS在MoSi^(2)粉体上具有很强的吸附能力和均匀分散作用,分散MoSi^(2)颗粒粒径在0.2~0.6μm之间,保持了悬浮液的分散性和稳定性。此外,本研究制备的分散MoSi^(2)粉体的较佳分散时间为6 h,固液比为1:80,SDS浓度为1.6 g/L。
The dispersion of MoSi^(2)particles has a very important influence on the structure and properties of MoSi^(2)based composites.In this paper,mechanical stirring and sedimentation methods are used to study the effect of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)on the dispersion of MoSi^(2)particles.The MoSi^(2)powders were characterized by XRD,Scanning electron microscope and Zeta potentiometer.The results show that the dispersion conditions of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)dispersant concentration,solid-liquid ratio,and dispersion time have a great influence on the dispersibility of MoSi^(2)particles.SDS has strong adsorption capacity and uniform dispersion on MoSi^(2)powder.The particle size of the dispersed MoSi^(2)powder is between 0.2 and 0.6μm,maintaining the dispersion and stability of the suspension.In addition,the preferred dispersion time of the dispersed MoSi^(2)powder prepared in this work is 6 h,the solid-liquid ratio is 1:80,and the SDS concentration is 1.6 g/L.
