Yang Tiefu’s Commentary on Wu Mengchuang’s Ci is a work with distinctive characteristics.Yang Tiefu’s contribution to this research is manifold.First,in the combing through Mengchuang’s life,Yang corrects the mistakes and omissions in the circulation,and he also put forward“Chu Ji”theory,and determine the age of the work by crosscertification of different words.Secondly,this book demonstrates the author’s intention by linking words with images;breakthrough language obscure through the use of deep meaning;grasp the internal and external features of Wu ci.In addition to the meaning of words,mutual verification can be used to explore the meaning of Mengchuang’s words.Thirdly,one of the highlights of this work is the analysis of the structure of Mengchuang’s words.From the perspective of integration,Yang’s book sums up the theory of theoretical ci-ology and takes it as an interpretation path to grasp the structural characteristics of latent internal transformation of Wu’s Ci.
