社区治理现代化视阈下社区教育发展新路径的思考

New Path of Community Education Development from the Perspective of Community Governance Modernization

社区教育服务体系要适应培养社区治理参与者的新需求,推动社区教育从组织社区居民开展学习活动向提升社区居民学习能力进化。基于对社区教育融入社会治理的发展逻辑和现实意义的分析,提出构建基于数字化治理方法的“治学”体系、服务于社区治理需求的多元课程供给“能学”模式,实现社区治理现代化所需要的“善学”到“善治”的目标,既可以实现社区教育的价值,又可以推动社区治理现代化进程。

The community education service system should adapt to the new needs of cultivating community governance participants,and promote the evolution of community education from organizing community residents to carry out learning activities to improving the learning ability of community residents.Based on the analysis of the development logic and practical significance of the integration of community education into social governance,this paper proposes to build a“learning management”system based on digital governance methods,an“easy learning”model of multiple curriculum supply serving the needs of community governance,and achieve the goal of“good learning”to“good governance”required by the modernization of community governance,which can not only realize the value of community education,but also promote the modernization of community governance.
