摘要
当代少数民族大学生是我国各少数民族青年人中知识较丰富、思想较敏锐的重要群体,是推进我国各民族和谐发展、维护我国边疆和民族地区稳定的中坚力量。在社会思想活跃、文化多元的时代背景下,如何提升社会主义意识形态在少数民族大学生这一特殊群体中的认同,增强他们对各种社会思潮的辨识能力,从而巩固社会主义意识形态的主流地位,这既是当前意识形态建设的着力点,也是民族教育中面临的重要课题。因此,结合少数民族在校大学生的群体特征,以高校思想政治工作为平台,探寻通过铸造信仰认同、增进理论认同、激发价值认同、整合利益认同、建构话语认同、培育情感认同等路径,提升在校少数民族大学生社会主义意识形态认同,对保证我国民族团结、社会稳定发展至关重要。
China is a multi-ethnic country,and ethnic college students are the new force with which to build ethnic minority areas and maintain ethnic unity.Among the young people from all of the ethnic groups in China,contemporary ethnic minority college students are an important group due to their rich knowledge and keen way of thinking.They are the backbone for promoting the harmonious development of all ethnic groups and maintaining the stability of the border areas and ethnic areas in China.Most of the ethnic college students come from ethnic areas.Due to their unique geographical locations,natural and historical environments,ethnic religions and cultures and other reasons,the social ideologies that they present are diverse and complex.Within the background of these lively social ideologies and cultural diversity,there is great theoretical value and practical significance in exploring the group characteristics of ethnic college students,carrying out the education of mainstream consciousness,enhancing the identity of socialist ideology among ethnic minority college students,and accurately grasping wherein lies the bottleneck of the current work of promoting the identity of socialist ideology.Therefore,by combining this with the group characteristics of college students of ethnic minorities and taking the ideological and political work of colleges and universities as a platform to explore an effective approach for promoting the socialist ideological identity of ethnic minority college students is of vital importance for ensuring the ethnic unity,social stability and development of China.This article emphasizes the importance of the identity of socialist ideology for ethnic minority college students for the following reasons:ethnic minority college students’identity of socialist ideology is a process of consciously understanding and accepting the content of Marxism,internalizing its thoughts,concepts and values in their hearts and externalizing it in their actions.Their recognition of socialist ideology indicates the direction for the growth of ethnic minority college students,and also determines whether or not they can become qualified successors of socialism,and provide the guarantee of talent for the healthy development of ethnic areas.At the same time,this identity of socialist ideology also affects whether or not Marxism can be mainstreamed in the ethnic areas,and can it guarantee the realization of ethnic unity and social stability in China.The reality of the socialist ideological identity of ethnic minority college students is:Having benefited from the development of ethnic college education and a practical education of the achievements in China,a large number of qualified ethnic minority talents have been trained.The advanced scientific,technological and cultural knowledge and the excellent ideological and moral characters imparted and cultivated by college education have broadened the vision of ethnic minority college students,created favorable conditions for them to correctly understand and accept socialist ideology,and actively use Marxist theory to criticize wrong ideas.In addition,the new dissemination and guidance of socialist ideology,through the use of digital platforms,graphics,illustrations,dynamic graphics and other forms of expression,by relying on the strength of culture and morality,by paying attention to the audience’s feelings,experience,understanding and use,which is vivid,cordial and attractive,will make it easy for the ethnic minority college students to accept and understand the socialist ideology.Therefore,socialist ideology should dominate the ideology of ethnic minority college students.At the same time,there are puzzles and contradictions within the ideological sphere of ethnic minority college students.On the one hand,the complex international situation and complex social philosophies,such as post-modernism,liberalism,and multiculturalism,are bound to affect the ideological sphere of ethnic minority college students,and,as a result,produce confusion.Meanwhile,the pressures of study,competition and employment in modern society also makes it easy for them to be trapped between the gains and losses that appear in front of them.These pressures prioritize solving practical problems first,and weaken the pursuit of ideals and beliefs and the sense of the mission to build socialism with Chinese characteristics.The article provides the following multi-dimensional path for effectively promoting the socialist ideological identity of ethnic minority college students.Within the context of ideological diversity,cultural diversity and the changing international situation,and in order to enhance the socialist ideological identity of ethnic minority college students,we should:take the ideological and political work of colleges and universities as the platform to cast their belief identities through strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs;deepen the study of Marxist Theory to enhance their theoretical identities;practice socialist core values and stimulate their value identities;strengthen the"four selfconfidences"and condense their interest identities;grasp the group characteristics of the ethnic college students in order to shape their emotional identities;occupy the higher ground of cyberspace,form a multi-dimensional path of discourse identity,effectively ensure their high-level identity the socialist ideology and enable them to be confident in the socialist path,theory,system and culture,and by doing so enhance their political awareness,overall situational awareness,core awareness and alignment awareness,and consciously keep within the party line in both ideological and political actions,and,finally,grow up to be qualified builders and successors of the socialist cause.
