信息化赋能边境民族地区乡村小规模学校高质量发展 被引量:3

Informatization Enabling High-Quality Development of Small-Scale Rural Schools in Border Ethnic Areas

摘要 边境民族地区乡村小规模学校作为乡村教育的重要组成部分,其高质量发展是落实边境民族地区乡村振兴战略的重要支撑。信息化赋能边境民族地区乡村小规模学校高质量发展有其深厚的内在逻辑机理,从教育环境、教师队伍、教育过程和教育结果四维要素分析信息化赋能边境民族地区乡村小规模学校高质量发展的内涵向度。以广西壮族自治区为例,信息化赋能边境民族地区乡村小规模学校高质量发展面临着学校信息化基础设施建设亟待加强、数字化教学资源配置有待优化升级、教师队伍信息化素养急需提升等诸多困境。从设施环境、教师素养、课堂生态、教育效能四维发展空间齐力着手,提出补齐信息化教育环境短板、提升教师队伍数字化素养、创新课堂教学改革、五育并举促进学生健康成长等路径,推进边境民族地区乡村小规模学校高质量发展。 As an important part of rural education,the high-quality development of small-scale rural schools in border ethnic areas is an important support for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in border ethnic areas.Informatization enabling the high-quality development of small-scale rural schools in border ethnic areas enjoys its deep internal logic mechanism.From the four-dimensional elements of educational environment,teachers,educational process and educational results,the article analyzes the connotation of high-quality development of small rural schools in border ethnic areas.Taking Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example,informatization enabling the high-quality development of small-scale rural schools in border ethnic areas is faced with many difficulties,such as the urgent need of strengthening of school information infrastructure construction,the need for optimizing and upgrading of digital teaching resources allocation,and the urgent need of improving the information literacy of teachers.From the four dimensional development space of facilities environment,teachers’quality,classroom ecology,education efficiency,the article proposes measures of improving informatization education environment,improving teachers’digital literacy,innovating classroom teaching reform,education and promoting students’holistic healthy growth,so as to promote the high quality development of rural small-scale schools in border ethnic areas.
