Development Characteristics,Realistic Challenges and Improvement Strategies of Chinese Language Teaching Resources in Spain

西班牙中文教育发展初见成效,当地中文需求保持了良好的增长势头,呈现出多样化发展趋势,且对中文教学资源建设提出了新的要求。本文全面梳理了西班牙现行纸质和数字化中文教学资源建设情况,详细考察了各教育阶段、官方语言学校和孔子学院的各类中文教学资源使用现状,总结其发展特征,并对当前形势下西班牙中文教学资源建设所面临的机遇和挑战进行了深入分析。为应对目前西班牙国家层面的中文大纲缺位、高校人才培养未有效对接市场需求以及本土中文教学资源市场供需失衡等现实挑战,进一步推动中文教学资源在当地可持续发展,本文提出以下三点提升策略:制定国家层面的中文教育大纲,建立本土教学资源建设标准规范;中西合力,推动高校中文专业建设、激活本土教学资源建设原动力;多方联动,打造本土中文教育资源建设良性市场生态。

The development of Chinese language education in Spain has gained initial success.Under the backdrop of growing local demand for Chinese language learning,it is time to enter a new phase in the development of Chinese language teaching resources in Spain.This research reviews the current paper and digital Chinese teaching resources construction in Spain,investigates in detail current use of various Chinese teaching resources in various educational stages,official language schools and Confucius Institutes in Spain,summarizes the development characteristics,and makes in-depth analysis on the opportunities and challenges facing the construction of Chinese language teaching resources in Spain under the current situation.In order to cope with the practical challenges such as the lack of Chinese syllabus at the national level,the lack of effective connection between Chinese professional training in colleges and universities and the market demand,and the supply and demand imbalance in the local Chinese language teaching resources market,the article makes the following three improvement strategies:to formulate Chinese language education syllabus at the national level,and establish standards and norms for local teaching resources construction;to make joint efforts with western countries in promoting the construction of Chinese majors in colleges and universities and activating the driving force of local teaching resources;make multi-party joint actions to build a good market ecology for local Chinese language education resources construction.
