新时代民族院校网络思想政治教育:挑战、困境与机制创新 被引量:4

Network Ideological and Political Education in Ethnic Colleges in the New Era:Challenge,Dilemma and Mechanism Innovation

摘要 新时代民族院校网络思想政治教育不仅是推进我国高等教育事业发展的题中之义,更事关我国社会稳定和民族团结。当前高校网络思想政治教育建构思维、教育主体和话语权的转向为民族院校带来新的挑战,民族院校网络思想政治教育应借势互联网,突破管理工作、话语主导、理性认同、内容传播、信息处理上面临的育人困境。必须立足新时代开展高校网络思想政治教育工作,结合民族院校自身特点,在目标维度构建以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线的融入机制,管理维度构建以“五个认同”为中心的协同育人运行机制,能力维度构建以提高民族院校大学生信息素养为重点的能力培养机制,话语维度构建以提升民族院校网络思想政治教育话语权为核心的保障机制,传播维度构建以“构筑中华民族共有精神家园”为主题的教育宣传机制,主动适应民族院校网络空间思想政治教育的新规律和新要求。 Network ideological and political education in ethnic colleges and universities in the new era is not only an important means to promote the development of education in our country,but also related to social stability and national unity in our country.In the new era,the network ideological and political education in ethnic colleges has multiple challenges,such as the education construction from the carrier thinking to the Internet thinking;the education subject from the school domination to the government-society-news media joint forces;and the education discourse power shifting from the authority to the public.There are dilemmas in management,discourse,cognition,communication and information processing aspects,which include,such as media survival ignoring the particularity of ethnic college students;western discourse hegemony leading to the lack of network rationality n college students of ethnic universities;cocoon effect and ethnic language causing deviation of ethnic college students’identity;dissipating transmission of new media dispersing the solidification of the theme of the Chinese national community sense education;the information literacy of college students in ethnic universities needing to be improved.In response to the above challenges and difficulties,the following five aspects of mechanism innovation are proposed:taking solidifying the sense of Chinese national community as the main line from the dimension of realizing the goal;taking the“five identities”as the center of collaborative education from the management dimension;taking improving the information literacy of college students in ethnic colleges as the focus from the ability dimension;taking the enhancement of the discourse power of network ideological and political education as the core from the discourse dimension;taking“building the common spiritual home of the Chinese nation”as the theme is from the dimension of communication.
