摘要
社会工作面临后现代社会以及后现代主义的双重型构,文化胜任力成为社会工作模式转向的概念核心。本文在后现代多元、开放的视角下,研究文化胜任力概念由接受差异到重视能力实践的发展转向,回应文化胜任力本质的开放性和发展的不完整性,以文化胜任力价值观为指导,培育学生的文化自我觉察意识,并将跨文化知识与跨文化技能的学习作为教学与实践重点,构建社会工作专业教育文化胜任力培育框架,进而通过案例分析探讨民族院校社会工作专业文化胜任力培育的理念性指引、循序性特质、具象化感知以及反思性实践。社会工作文化胜任力是多元主体的合作式培育过程,以专业价值观为指导,培育文化自我觉察意识,将跨文化知识与技能作为教学与实践重点,是提升社会工作专业学生文化胜任力水平、培育本土社会工作人才的实践进路。
Social work faces the dual structure of postmodern society and postmodernism,and cultural competence has become the core of the concept of social work mode steering.From the post-modern diversified and open perspective,this paper studies the shifting of development of the concept of cultural competence from accepting differences to emphasizing ability practice,makes response to the openness of cultural competence and the incompleteness of development.It cultivates students’cultural self-awareness consciousness guided by the values of cultural competence.In addition,the study of cross-cultural knowledge and cross-cultural skills is taken as the focus of teaching and practice,and the cultivation framework of social work professional education and cultural competence is constructed.Then,through case analysis,this paper discusses the conceptual guidance,sequence-based characteristics,concrete perception and reflective practice of the cultivation of social work professional cultural competence in ethnic colleges and universities.Social work cultural competence is a cooperative cultivation process of multiple subjects.Guided by professional values,cultivating cultural self-awareness and focusing on cross-cultural knowledge and skills in teaching and practice are the practical approaches to improve the cultural competence level of social work students and cultivate local social work professionals.
