铸牢中华民族共同体意识的实践与探索——以喀什市为例

Practice and Exploration of Fostering a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation: Taking Kashgar City as an Example

喀什市是喀什地区的核心区域,自古以来是多民族聚居区。作为新疆工作的“棋眼”,关注喀什市的民族团结进步创建工作对认识整个南疆地区民族团结进步事业发展情况,进一步铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有重要意义。喀什市的民族团结进步创建工作具有地方特色,以“三保障”护航,为民族团结进步事业提供组织基础;以“四教育”铸魂,不断铸牢中华民族共同体意识;以“三团结”暖心,为各民族实现共同富裕奠定物质基础;以“四载体”融情,为深化交往交流交融夯实社会基础;以“三强化”普法,为实现民族事务治理体系和社会治理能力现代化打牢法治基础。在大力推广国家通用语言文字、增强文化认同、利用社会资本促团结等方面为民族团结进步创建工作提供了有效的价值经验。

Kashgar City sits right at the heartland of Kashgar Prefecture and is the home of many multi-ethnic communities. Kashgar City is at the core of the Party’s work in Xinjiang. Therefore,for the sake of knowing and understanding the promotion of ethnic unity and progress in the whole of Southern Xinjian better,and further fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,it is of great significance to pay close attention to the promotion of ethnic unity and progress of ethnic work in Kashgar City. The promotion of ethnic unity and progress in Kashgar City is of regional characteristics: 1)“Three Insurance”safeguards and serves as organizational basis for the promotion of ethnic unity and progress;2) “Four Education”fosters the mentality of locals,as well as fosters a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation;3) “Three Unity”warms up the heart of locals and solidifies material basis for all ethnic groups to achieve common prosperity;4) “Four Carrier”helps with emotional exchange and builds a strong social basis of deepening exchanges and interactions among different ethnic groups;5) “Three Reinforcement”promulgates the law to the general public,so as to lay a solid legal basis for the modernization of China’s social governance system and capacity on ethnic affairs;6) Other measures,such as promoting the education of standard spoken and written Chinese language,strengthening cultural identity,and leveraging social capitals to support unity,also provide effective empirical value for the work of promoting ethnic unity and progress.
