内蒙古牧区多民族乡村社区互嵌研究——以罕乌拉嘎查为例

A Study on the Multi-ethnic Community Embedding in Rural Pastoral Areas of Inner Mongolia: Taking Hanuulgaqaa as an Example

民族互嵌是推动我国各民族交往交流交融和铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要路径,“全方位嵌入”是对民族互嵌政策主张的最新要求。本文呈现了一个内蒙古牧区多民族乡村社区在空间、经济、社会、文化等领域形成民族互嵌的历史和现实,分析了其全方位嵌入关系的内涵与机制。本文认为,内蒙古牧区多民族乡村社区全方位嵌入关系的形成可以为我国民族互嵌型社区建设的理论和实践提供创新思路和经验借鉴。这种微观社区中形成的“你中有我、我中有你、谁也离不开谁”的关系为宏观中华民族共同体的民族交融提供了现实支撑。

Community embedding is a crucial path to push forward the exchanges and interactions among different ethnic groups as well as the fostering of a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation, with “all-round embedding ” being the latest requirement for ethnic embedding policy. This article will present the history and current situation of a multi-ethnic community in rural pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia,which shows ethnic embedding in aspects including space,economy,society,culture and so on,and will analyze the content and mechanism of its all-round embedding. It argues that the formation of all-round community embedding relations in rural pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia will serve as innovative ideas,reference and experience for the theory and practice of ethnic embedding community establishment in China. The “interdependent,interrelated and inseparable ” relation demonstrated in this micro community provides actual support for the ethnic interactions for a macro community for the Chinese nation.
