The Psychological Path of Nudging on Fostering a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation

铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党的民族工作的主线,如何将心理学助推理念和路径策略切入铸牢中华民族共同体意识的宏大叙事,有的放矢、以小见大,探寻可能性方案和对策是本研究的着力点。由此,通过系统性构建助推策略框架,通过群际信念、交互动机、行为示范的视角挖掘共同体相似性、启动动机驱力、强化跨群体友谊、关注信任传递、激活文化共情等具体路径,旨在层层推进,各有侧重,清晰展现心理助推理念对于宏大命题的微观导引机制,期冀在当前民族政策实施中统筹考虑心理学视角,在宏大的民族政策体系中,充分将其有效整合,发挥交叉互应优势,为铸牢中华民族共同体意识的宏大叙事提供实操性方案。

To foster a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is the mainline of the Party’s ethnic work in the new era. The focus of this article is to integrate nudge theory and path strategy with the grand narrative of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,so as to purposefully and exemplarily explore the possible solution and strategy. By systematically building a nudge strategy framework and from the perspective of intergroup beliefs,motivations of interaction,and behavior modeling,this article aims to find substantial paths that include exploring community similarities,initiating motivations,strengthening inter-group friendship,concerning the transfer of trust,and activating cultural empathy. This article is designed in a step-by-step way,with different priorities for each step,to clearly demonstrate the micro guiding mechanism of the psychological concept “nudge”on grand programs,in the hope of taking psychological perspective into the implementation of current ethnic policies, effectively integrating psychological methods into overall ethnic policy system,and leveraging corresponding advantages,so as to provide practical approaches for the grand narrative of fostering a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
