迈向共同性的各民族交往交流交融——内蒙古、广西和宁夏三个自治区的比较

Towards Exchanges and Interactions among Different Ethnic Groups with Commonality: A Comparison of Inner Mongolia, Guangxi and Ningxia Autonomous Region

推动各民族交往交流交融是加强和改进新时代党的民族工作的重要举措,要以增进共同性为努力方向。进入新时代,内蒙古、广西和宁夏在加强和促进各民族交往交流交融方面取得显著成效。从增进共同性的视野对这三个自治区的成功经验进行比较分析,可总结出如下策略性启示:全面贯彻落实党的各项民族政策,保障民族“三交”落在实处;积极推进经济建设取得长足进步,夯实民族“三交”物质基础;深入开展民族团结进步创建活动,有形、有感助力民族“三交”取得实效;因地制宜探索全方位嵌入机制,营造民族“三交”环境氛围;全力铸牢中华民族共同体意识,锚定民族“三交”目标导向。

One crucial measure of strengthening and advancing the Party ’s ethnic work in the new era is to promote exchanges and interactions among different ethnic groups,so as to enhance commonality. Entering the new era,Inner Mongolia,Guangxi and Ningxia have achieved remarkable results on encouraging exchanges and interactions among different ethnic groups. By comparatively analyzing successes of the three autonomous regions through the perspective of promoting commonality, this article concludes the following strategic revelations: 1) we should comprehensively implement the Party’s ethnic policies and ensure the actual implementation of exchanges and interactions among different ethnic groups;2) we should proactively promote the substantial progress of economy,so as to provide solid material foundation for exchanges and interactions among different ethnic groups;3) we should conduct the activities aiming to promote ethnic unity and progress,so that the promotion of exchanges and interactions among different ethnic groups can be seen,be felt and gain actual outcomes;4) we should take measures that suit to local conditions and explore all-round embedding mechanisms in order to foster the ethos for exchanges and interactions among different ethnic groups;5)we should make every effort to foster a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and orient precisely to the cause of encouraging exchanges and interactions among different ethnic groups.
