摘要
弓形虫(Toxoplasma gondii)是一种专性细胞内寄生原虫,对人类和动物的健康造成了严重危害。宿主感染弓形虫后,可引起弓形虫脑病、眼病,甚至先天性弓形虫病。近年来,对弓形虫病发病的免疫学机制进行了大量研究,本文拟探讨宿主重要器官弓形虫病发病的特异性免疫应答机制,为弓形虫病免疫诊断、治疗及预防提供依据。
Toxoplasma gondii is an obligate intracellular parasite and causes serious harm to human and animal health.In recent years,a large amount of research has been conducted on the immunological mechanism of toxoplasmosis,especially in the immune privileged regions of the host,such as brain,eyes,and placenta.This review summaries the immunological mechanism required for resistance to toxoplasmosis,which may provide a valuable reference for the diagnosis,treatment,and prevention studies.
