基于二元组语言直觉模糊信息的社会治安综合评价

The Evaluation of Social Security Based on the 2-tuple Intuitionistic Fuzzy Linguistic Information

社会治安状况体现了国家的治理能力和水平,社会治安综合评价是反映社会治安状况进而改进和提高社会治安的有效方法之一。本文从直观因素、社会因素、公众安全感三个方面建立社会治安综合评价的指标体系,评估值以二元组语言直觉模糊数的形式表示。为了对社会治安进行综合评价,本文首先介绍了二元组语言直觉模糊集的基本理论,并提出了新的二元组语言直觉模糊距离测度;其次,通过组合赋权法确定各评估指标的权重,并提出了改进的TOPSIS综合评价方法;最后,利用改进的TOPSIS方法给出了某地区的社会治安综合评价结果,同时,基于TOPSIS综合评价方法中的正理想解,给出了改进该地区社会治安综合评价的策略。

The stability of social security situation reflects the governance ability and level of a country.The comprehensive evaluation of social security is one of the effective methods to reflect the situation of social security and then improve and enhance the situation of the social security situation.This paper establishes an index system of comprehensive evaluation of social security from three aspects of intuitive factors,social factors,and public security factors,and the evaluation values are expressed in the form of 2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic number.First,the basic theory of 2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic sets is introduced,and the 2-tuple intuitionistic fuzzy linguistic distance measure is proposed.Then the weight of indexes are determined by the combination weight method,and an improved TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method is proposed.Finally,the improved TOPSIS method is used to determine the comprehensive evaluation result of social security in a certain area,and based on the positive ideal solution of TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method,the strategy of improving the comprehensive evaluation of social security in this area is given.
