摘要
广义正交模糊IOWA(q-ROFIOWA)算子是将广义正交模糊集(q-ROFSs)与诱导有序加权(IOWA)算子相结合的一个聚合算子,但该算子只能在确定性环境下进行决策。当决策者在不确定性环境下对决策目标进行决策时,更希望通过区间值来表达决策意见。因此,本文将区间值广义正交模糊集与诱导有序加权算子相结合,提出了区间值广义正交模糊IOWA算子,即IVq-ROFIOWA算子,并研究它的一些基本性质。最后,以政府新建的能源工厂选择为例,将该算子运用于模糊多属性决策中,并对参数的灵敏性进行分析,证明该算子具有一定的稳定性。
The q-rung orthopair fuzzy IOWA(q-ROFIOWA)operator is an aggregated operator that combines the q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets(q-ROFSs)with the induced ordered weighting(IOWA)operator,which can only make decisions in a determining environment.When decision makers make decisions about decision objectives in an uncertain environment,they prefer to express their decision-making opinions through interval values.Therefore,this paper combines the q-rung orthopair fuzzy set of interval values with induced orderly weighted operator,puts forward the interval value q-rung orthopair fuzzy IOWA operaor,that is,IVq-ROFIOWA operator,and studies its idempotentity,monotony and boundedness.Finally,the operator is applied to fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making to prove its validity and to analyze the sensitivity of parameters.
