Analysis of House Purchase Decision Based on Linguistic Intuitionistic Fuzzy Multi-attribute Group Decision Making Method

摘要 针对居民在购房决策过程中具有有限理性且相关决策属性权重信息未知的特点,本文提出一种新的基于前景理论的语言直觉模糊多属性群决策方法解决居民购房决策问题。首先,定义了语言直觉模糊距离并分析其相关性质。其次基于该距离,提出了一种主客观综合定权法来确定决策属性的权重。最后,引入决策者心理因素的前景理论,以平均方案作为参考点,利用各方案加权综合前景值得出备选方案的评价结果,据此对备选方案进行排序。本文将所提语言直觉模糊多属性群决策方法用于居民购房决策中,与已有决策方法的比较分析说明本文所提决策方法的有效性和优越性并为居民购房提供合理科学的参考决策。 Considering that the decision maker proves bounded rational and weight information of decision attributes is completely unknown in the process of purchasing decision,a novel linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making approach based on prospect theory is proposed to deal with the decision problem in the paper.Firstly,the linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy distance measure is defined and several worthy properties are discussed.Secondly,based on the distance measure,a subjective-objective combination weighting method is designed to obtain weights of decision attributes.Finally,the prospect theory that considers the psychological factors of the decision makers is introduced,and the average alternative is used as the reference alternative,and the final ranking is obtained by the weighted comprehensive prospect value of each alternative.The proposed decision making method is used in residents’house purchase decision-making to provide decisionmaking reference for residents to choose housing,comparative analysis with existing decision making methods shows that the proposed decision making method has effectiveness and superiority and provides the reasonable and scientific reference decision.
