摘要
当前煤炭产业呈现多业态融合发展态势,矿区由单一煤炭生产向煤电油气综合供应的清洁能源基地发展。作为重要空间载体,利用煤炭开采形成的巨大地下空间开展储能、储碳等多元化利用,成为矿区实现低碳高质量转型的关键支撑。神东矿区利用采空区建设地下水库呈现出良好的经济与生态效应,但利用途径较为单一,与双碳背景下煤与新能源协同发展、碳中和示范矿区建设等缺少有效衔接,且对整个矿区地下空间数量、再利用方向不清晰,因此较准确地估算矿区地下空间数量,给出采空区多元化利用方向,对于创建“生态矿区、绿色矿井、清洁煤炭”为特征的大型煤炭基地具有指导意义。借鉴比例系数法和采动空间分区耗散传导模型,测算得到当前神东矿区可利用井巷空间约2511万m^(3),其中有8对矿井可利用空间超过100万m^(3),已形成的采空区空间约9.6亿m^(3),至2030年还可形成5.2亿m^(3)采动空间,地下空间利用潜力十分巨大。基于对采矿、新能源储能以及碳封存技术发展预测,结合神东矿区地下空间规模、特点及需求,提出了建设抽水蓄能、压缩空气储能,以及向采空区、煤层封存CO_(2)等多元利用方向,有力支撑西北地区大型综合清洁能源基地建设。
At present,the coal industry presents a trend of multi-industry integration development,and the mining area is developing from a single coal production to a clean energy base with comprehensive supply of coal,electricity,oil and gas.As an important space carrier,the use of the huge underground space formed by coal mining for energy storage,carbon storage and other diversified uses become the key support for building a clean energy base.Shendong Mining Area has shown good economic and ecological effects by using goaf to build underground reservoirs,but the utilization approach is relatively simple,lacking effective connection with the coordinated development of coal and new energy and the construction of carbon neutral demonstration mining areas.In addition,the number of underground space in the whole mining area and the direction of reuse are not clear.Therefore,accurately estimated the number of underground space in the mining area,and given the direction of diversified utilization of goaf,has the guiding significance to create a large coal base characterized by“ecological mining area,green mine and clean coal”.Based on the proportional coefficient method and the dissipation conduction model of mining space partition,this paper calculates that the current available roadway space in Shendong mining area is about 25.11 million m^(3),the available space of 8 pairs of mines exceeds 1 million m^(3).The formed goaf space is about 960 million m^(3),and 520 million m^(3) of mining space can be formed by 2030.The utilization potential of underground space in Shendong mining area is huge.Based on the prediction of the development of mining,new energy storage,carbon sequestration and others,and in combination with the scale,characteristics and needs of the underground space,it is proposed to expand towards the construction of pumped storage,compressed air energy storage,and the multiple use of goaf and coal seam sequestration CO_(2),which will strongly support the construction of large comprehensive clean energy bases in northwest China.
