电动防爆无轨胶轮材料运输车控制策略研究

摘要 电动防爆无轨胶轮车作为矿井新型运输设备,更新了矿井传统运输模式,解决了传统柴油车运输方式带来的高污染、高耗能、高噪音、难维护等痛点问题,符合煤矿安全、绿色、智能发展方向,目前正在煤矿井下大量推广应用。电动防爆无轨胶轮车的整车性能在一定程度上取决于完善的控制策略,高效的整车控制策略对纯电动车的经济和动力性能起着关键性作用,需要针对其控制特性进行重点分析,确保其性能指标满足车辆实际应用需求。控制策略要实现能量在电机、电池之间的合理有效分配、使整车系统效率达到最高,精确的能量管理控制策略能提高汽车的能量利用率,可尽量延长车辆的续航里程,合理的驱动控制策略能有效提高系统工作效率,安全控制策略在必要时能切断汽车的动力输出,可增强汽车的安全性。通过已研制的四轮独立驱动电动防爆无轨胶轮材料运输车为依托,对其控制特性进行重点分析,并对驱动控制策略、制动控制策略、故障处理策略等进行研究,得出可行的控制策略方案,可满足车辆实际应用需求,车辆实际运行性能指标较好,实践表明该控制策略有效性和准确定性较高,具有可操作性和推广性。 Electric explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle as a new type of mine transport equipment,updated the traditional mine transport mode,it solves the problems of high pollution,high energy consumption,high noise and difficult maintenance caused by traditional diesel vehicle transportation,and conforms to the development direction of coal mine safety,Green and intelligence,at present,it is widely used in coal mines.The whole vehicle performance of electric explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicle depends on the perfect control strategy to a certain extent,and the efficient whole vehicle control strategy plays a key role in the economic and power performance of pure electric vehicle,it is necessary to focus on the analysis of its control characteristics to ensure that its performance indicators meet the needs of the actual application of vehicles.The control strategy must realize the reasonable and effective distribution of energy between the motor and the battery,and make the efficiency of the whole vehicle system reach the highest,the driving range can be extended as long as possible.The reasonable driving control strategy can improve the efficiency of the system effectively.The safety control strategy can cut off the power output of the vehicle when necessary,and enhance the safety of the vehicle.Based on the developed fourwheel independent drive electric explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred material transport vehicle,the control characteristics of the vehicle are emphatically analyzed,the driving control strategy,the braking control strategy,the fault processing strategy and so on are studied,and the feasible control strategy scheme is obtained,which can satisfy the actual application demand of the vehicle,and the actual running performance index of the vehicle is better,the practice shows that the control strategy is effective,accurate and Operability.
