基于5G驱动的煤矿机电设备安全管理平台研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对我国智慧矿山建设初级阶段中信息存储及利用率低、传输过程中容易失真、多源数据融合的智能决策率低及远程控制时效性差等问题,以高速率、低时延和大连接特点的第5代移动通信技术(5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology,5G)极大的促进了多源数据及煤矿智能化开采技术的深度融合,成为了促进煤矿企业升级转型,建设智慧矿山的关键技术。为了降低煤矿机电设备事故发生率,提高煤矿机电设备安全管控智能化水平,基于5G技术的矿山智能安全监控操作系统,分析煤矿机电设备安全管理信息的作用机制,改进煤矿机电设备智慧化管理模型,构建机电设备安全管理预警系统;基于视频分析预警机制对人、机、环的不安全因素进行识别。研究表明:优化后的煤矿机电设备安全管理新模式能够实时对人、机、环信息进行更灵活的处理,及时地消除了机电设备的安全隐患,提高作业过程的安全管理效率,为煤矿机电设备的故障诊断及应急管控提供新的方案。 Aiming at the problems of low information storage and utilization rate,easy distortion in the transmission process,low intelligent decision-making rate of multi-source data fusion and poor timeliness of remote control in the primary stage of China’s smart mine construction,the new generation mobile communication technology(5G),which is famous for its high speed,low delay and large connection,has greatly promoted the deep integration of multi-source data and intelligent mining technology of coal mine,It has become a key technology to promote the upgrading and transformation of coal mining enterprises and build smart mines.In order to reduce the accident rate of coal mine electromechanical equipment and improve the intelligent level of safety management and control of coal mine electromechanical equipment,the mine intelligent safety monitoring operating system based on 5G technology,improves the intelligent management model of coal mine electromechanical equipment,and constructs the early warning system of electromechanical equipment safety management;The unsafe factors of human,machine and environment are identified based on video analysis and early warning mechanism.The research shows that the optimized new mode of safety management of coal mine electromechanical equipment can deal with human,machine and environment information more flexibly in real time,eliminate the potential safety hazards of electromechanical equipment in time,improve the safety management efficiency in the operation process,and provide a new scheme for fault diagnosis and emergency management and control of coal mine electromechanical equipment.
