摘要 针对寸草塔煤矿综采工作面智能化水平低、生产效率低、矿井生产效益差等的问题,提出了寸草塔煤矿综采工作面智能化高效生产模式,围绕国家、地方和集团公司智能化建设指南,提出了综采工作面智能化系统建设的“3+4”技术架构,形成了综采工作面智能化控制体系,建立了以安全生产综合集控一体化平台为中心,以智能化电液控制系统为基础,以记忆割煤、3级调速技术为支撑,将物联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能、自动控制和智能化装备等与煤矿生产经营活动相融合,实现综采工作面单班工作人员由传统12人锐减为3人,采煤效率提高33%,人工干预率降低35%,设备维修率降低30%,最大限度地达到煤矿生产现场少人化、智能化的要求。寸草塔煤矿综采工作面智能化建设提升了煤矿形象及行业示范作用,为我国综采工作面智能化建设提供了理论和技术借鉴。 In order to solve the problem of low intelligence level,low production efficiency and poor mine production efficiency of fully mechanized mining face in Cuncaota Coal Mine,an intelligent and efficient production mode of fully mechanized mining face in Cuncaota Coal Mine is proposed.The construction guideline puts forward the“3+4”technical framework for the intelligent system construction of fully mechanized mining face,forms an intelligent control system for fully mechanized mining face,and establishes an integrated platform for comprehensive centralized control of safety production as the center,with intelligent Based on the electro-hydraulic control system,supported by memory cutting coal and three-level speed regulation technology,it deeply integrates the Internet of Things,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,automatic control and intelligent equipment with coal mine production and operation activities to achieve comprehensive The number of fixed personnel at the mining face was reduced 3 by 12,the coal mining efficiency was increased by 45%,the manual intervention rate was reduced by 35%,and the equipment maintenance rate was reduced by 30%,maximizing the requirements for less labor and intelligence on the coal mine production site.It plays a role in improving the image of coal mines and as an industry demonstration,and provides theoretical and technical reference for the intelligent construction of fully mechanized mining face in my country.
