保德煤矿智能化综放工作面安全管控模式及对策

Safety control mode and counter measures of intelligent fully mechanizedcaving face in Baode Coal Mine

国家能源集团煤矿智能化建设进入全面实施阶段,保德煤矿是国家能源集团安全智能化建设示范煤矿之一,中高级智能化阶段的综放工作面安全管理成为亟需研究的重要课题。结合保德煤矿81309智能综放工作面条件,对该工作面基本条件、外部安全环境、内部安全环境进行及安全管控SWOT分析。提出了智能化综放工作面安全管控模式,即构建“1个综合管控平台、2方面应急保障、3支专业化队伍”的“1+2+3”安全管控新模式,并对安全管控新模式优势进行了分析。给出了煤矿组织架构适度调整、加快煤矿智能化建设推进、提升煤矿职工综合素质等3方面的对策建议。为类似条件下智能化开采工作面的安全管控提供借鉴。

The intelligent construction of coal mine of National Energy Group has entered the stage of full implementation,and Baode Coal Mine is one of the demonstration coal mines of national Energy Group′s intelligent construction of safety.The safety management of fully mechanized caving face in the middle and advanced intelligent stage has become an important subject to be studied urgently.Combined with the conditions of 81309 intelligent fully mechanized caving working face of Baode Coal Mine,this paper carries out SWOT analysis on the basic conditions,external safety environment,internal safety environment and safety control of the working face.This paper puts forward the intelligent safety control mode of fully mechanized caving face,that is,to build a new safety control mode of"1+2+3"with"1 comprehensive control platform,2 aspects of emergency support and 3 professional teams",and analyzes the advantages of the new safety control mode.This paper gives three countermeasures and suggestions,such as moderate adjustment of coal mine organization structure,acceleration of intelligent construction of coal mine and improvement of comprehensive quality of coal mine workers.It provides reference for the safety control of intelligent mining face under similar conditions.
