摘要 煤矿井下无轨胶轮车作为煤矿井下辅助运输的重要组成部分。矿山开采智能化已经成为大势所趋,将自动驾驶技术与辅助运输装备相结合,大力探索辅助运输无轨胶轮车无人驾驶技术在煤矿井下的应用,对提升系统运输效率,降低运输成本,实现安全高效运输具有重要的实际意义。但煤矿无人驾驶技术研究与应用起步晚、难度大、要求高,依旧存在技术上和使用环境上的瓶颈。布尔台煤矿研究基于激光雷达、毫米波雷达、视频AI识别等多源信息融合技术的辅助运输无硅胶轮车无人驾驶系统,为煤矿井下无人驾驶应用做出重要探索,并指出针对煤矿井下对生产效率和安全性要求越来越高的现状,需要大胆探索和应用4D光场等新技术,突破当前存在制约井下无人驾驶技术推广应用的瓶颈。 as an important part of underground auxiliary transportation in coal mine,trackless rubber tyred vehicle in coal mine is one of the key transportation equipment in underground coal mine.It is the bottleneck restricting coal mining volume and production efficiency,and has a significant impact on coal mining efficiency and safety production.Intelligent mining has become the general trend.Combining automatic driving technology with auxiliary transportation equipment and vigorously studying and exploring the application of auxiliary transportation trackless rubber tyred vehicle driverless technology in underground coal mine has important practical significance for improving system transportation efficiency,reducing transportation cost and realizing safe and efficient transportation.However,the research and application of driverless technology in coal mine started late,difficult and demanding,and there are still bottlenecks in technology and use environment.Buertai coal mine studies the driverless system of auxiliary transportation silicone free wheeled vehicle based on multi-source information fusion technologies such as lidar,millimeter wave radar and video AI recognition,which makes an important exploration for the application of driverless in coal mine,and points out that in view of the increasingly high requirements for production efficiency and safety in coal mine,it is necessary to boldly explore and apply new technologies such as 4 D light field,Break through the current bottleneck restricting the popularization and application of underground driverless technology.
