摘要
为解决神东煤炭集团所在区域水资源匮乏和井下水害的矛盾问题,积极响应国家的号召,使得矿区矿井水进行环保处理再利用成为重点关注的项目。基于神东矿区地下水库的理论研究和现场实践,提出了应用自然净化法对矿井水的处理系统。此系统的特点是利用采空区空间建立地下水库,实现水的存储,再利用地下水库底板的高差关系和矸石填充物的净化功能,通过矿井水在水库的流动,实现矿井水的转移和净化。从系统设计的准备工作、系统工艺流程、硬件设计、优化提升和软件设计等方面系统性的分析了神东矿区矿井水在自然净化法处理下的研究过程。系统采集了人工坝体的应力应变、水压、水位、流量、水质等参数,并能通过防爆摄像仪随时查看井下现场情况。监控软件采用三维组态软件,实现地下水库全方位监控。并在目前实际应用中提出了优化方向,加入无线射频通信技术和三级管理模式,让整套处理系统更加完善。实践结果表明:利用采空区的煤柱和修建的人工坝体构成的地下水库,矿井水经过过滤、沉淀、吸附和离子交换的过程,净化后的水质满足生产和部分生活要求,实现地面清水零入井,地下污水零升井的目标。此系统对地下水库的人工坝体进行实时监测,保证矿井水处理过程安全环保、数据可靠、可视可控,验证了自然净化法的有效性和整体系统的适用性。
In order to solve the contradiction between the lack of water resources and the underground water disaster in the area where Shendong Coal Group is located,and to actively respond to the call of the state,the environmental protection treatment and reuse of the mine water in the mining area has become a key concern.Based on the theoretical research and field practice of the underground reservoir in Shendong mining area,the application of natural purification method to mine water treatment system is proposed.The characteristic of this system is to use the goaf space to build the underground reservoir,to realize the storage of water,and then to use the height difference relationship of the bottom plate of the underground reservoir and the purification function of the gangue filler,to realize the transfer and purification of the mine water through the flow of the mine water in the reservoir.It systematically analyzes the research process of mine water in Shendong mining area under the treatment of natural purification from the aspects of system design preparation,system process,hardware design,optimization and software design.The system collects the stress-strain,water pressure,water level,flow,water quality and other parameters of the artificial dam body,and can check the underground field situation at any time through the explosion-proof camera.The monitoring software adopts three-dimensional configuration software to realize all-round monitoring of the underground reservoir.And in the current practical application,the optimization direction is put forward,and the radio frequency communication technology and three-level management mode are added to make the whole processing system more perfect.The practice results show that:the underground reservoir composed of the coal pillars in the goaf and the constructed artificial dam body,after the process of filtration,sedimentation,adsorption and ion exchange,the purified water quality can meet the production and part of the life requirements,and the goal of zero inflow of surface clean water into the well and zero rise of underground sewage into the well can be achieved.The system can monitor the artificial dam of the underground reservoir in real time,ensure the safety and environmental protection of the mine water treatment process,data reliability,visibility and controllability,and verify the effectiveness of the natural purification method and the applicability of the whole system.
