保德煤矿掘进工作面超前导水构造探测技术 被引量:2

摘要 保德煤矿掘进工作面严格坚持“物探先行,钻探验证,化探跟进”的防治水理念,物探施工采用瞬变电磁法、直流电法及瑞利波探测3种方法。探水钻孔施工以短距离常规探水钻孔施工为主,但常规钻孔施工存在不定向性,开展钻孔测斜数据分析可知,常规钻孔在倾角、垂向距离上偏差较大,而且常规探水钻孔施工周期较长,面对掘进设备高端化、机械化的趋势,已严重制约了掘进速度。通过施工长距离定向探水钻孔,不仅可以保证钻孔按设计轨迹掘进,在探明前方是否存在水患威胁的同时,解决了短距离“先探后掘”中探水与掘进的相互制约,提高了掘进单进水平。钻孔完成探测任务后可作为瓦斯抽放孔进行预抽,释放临近层瓦斯,有利于矿井瓦斯治理和瓦斯发电利用。 The water prevention and control concept of“geophysical prospecting first,drilling verification,geochemical prospecting follow-up”is strictly adhered to in the heading face of Baode County coal mine.The construction of water drilling hole is mainly short distance conventional water drilling hole,but there is undirectionality in conventional drilling hole construction.The analysis of Borehole inclinometer data shows that the deviation of dip angle and vertical distance of conventional drilling hole is large,and the conventional drilling period is longer,in the face of the trend of high-end tunneling equipment,mechanization,has seriously restricted the speed of tunneling.Through the construction of a long-distance directional drilling hole,not only can the drilling hole be driven in accordance with the design trajectory,but also the mutual restriction between drilling and driving in the short-distance“first drilling and then driving”can be solved while the threat of flood is found out,the driving level of single driving is improved.After the exploration,the borehole can be used as a gas drainage hole for pre-drainage and releasing gas from adjacent strata,which is favorable for gas control and gas power generation.
