大柳塔煤矿排矸场综合一体化火区治理方法 被引量:4

摘要 为了解决矸石山自燃甚至灭火后复燃的难题,针对大柳塔煤矿五当沟排矸场实际情况,建立矸石山温升模型,分析了矸石山自燃主要受空隙间流动气体的焓变、矸石山内颗粒间的热量传递散热以及矸石山内的放热强度所影响。针对性提出了“钻孔注浆集中灭火、高位水池长效灭火、边坡喷浆地表覆盖防复燃、黄土覆盖绿化”的综合一体化火区治理方法。通过排矸场火区精准探测和矸石山爆炸性分析后,实现了灭火区域的精细化划分。然后根据所提出的综合一体化火区治理方法,在地面打钻孔注浆进行集中灭火,在高温区域修建高位水池长效灭火与堵漏风,然后边坡挂网喷浆,地面硬化和重修排水沟,采用黄土对硬化路面进行覆盖进行绿处理。最后注浆钻孔温度及CO浓度监测发现,发火区域钻孔内的气体温度和一氧化碳浓度基本呈下降趋势;治理前,大部分区域CO浓度大于100×10^(-6);治理后,大部分钻孔CO浓度为0左右。注浆后钻孔温度全部小于100℃,大于70℃的钻孔只有5个,小于10%。通过红外热成像监测,发现矸石山表面温度从治理前的40℃下降到30℃。大柳塔煤矿排矸场火区治理工程已取得了良好效果。及综合一体化火区治理,实现了大柳塔煤矿五当沟排矸场自燃火区的安全高效绿色治理,为其他矸石场自燃火区治理提供了新思路。 In order to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion and even reburning after fire extinguishing,according to the actual situation of Wudanggou waste dump in Daliuta coal mine,the temperature rise model of waste dump is established.It is analyzed that the spontaneous combustion of waste dump is mainly affected by the enthalpy change of flowing gas between voids,the heat transfer and heat dissipation between particles in waste dump and the heat release intensity in waste dump.The comprehensive integrated fire area treatment method of"centralized fire extinguishing by drilling grouting,long-term fire extinguishing by high-level water tank,slope shotcrete,surface covering to prevent re ignition,loess covering and greening"is put forward.Through the accurate detection of the fire area of the waste dump and the explosive analysis of the waste dump,the fine division of the fire extinguishing area is realized.Then,according to the proposed comprehensive and integrated fire area treatment method,drill holes and grout on the ground for centralized fire extinguishing,build a high-level pool in the high-temperature area for long-term fire extinguishing and air leakage blocking,then hang mesh and grout on the slope,harden the ground and repair the drainage ditch,and cover the hardened pavement with loess for green treatment.Finally,the monitoring of grouting borehole temperature and CO concentration found that the gas temperature and carbon monoxide concentration in the borehole in the fire area basically showed a downward trend;Before treatment,the CO concentration in most areas is greater than 100 ppm;After treatment,the CO concentration of most boreholes is about 0 ppm.After grouting,the temperature of all boreholes is less than 100℃,and there are only 5 boreholes greater than 70℃,less than 10%.Through infrared thermal imaging monitoring,it is found that the surface temperature of gangue hill decreases from 40℃to 30℃.Good results have been achieved in the fire control project of waste dump in Daliuta coal mine.And comprehensive integrated fire area treatment,which realizes the safe,efficient and green treatment of the spontaneous combustion fire area of Wudanggou waste dump in Daliuta coal mine,and provides a new idea for the treatment of the spontaneous combustion fire area of other waste dump.
