摘要
为解决补连塔煤矿大断面回采巷道现有支护方案支护成本高,且不能满足回采巷道快速掘进的问题。以补连塔煤矿12511工作面运输巷作为研究对象,运用现场监测和数值模拟方法,分析现有巷道锚杆支护方案的支护效果,提出适应补连塔煤矿回采巷道安全快速掘进的优化支护方案,并进行技术经济比较。结果表明:现有支护方案巷帮和顶板的变形量分别为48、63 mm,优化后的支护方案巷帮和顶板的变形量分别为54、65 mm,较现有方案分别增加12%和3%,同时区段平巷支护成本降低21.92%。优化支护方案可保证巷道围岩稳定,降低支护成本,同时有利于巷道掘进速度的提高。
In order to solve the problem that the support cost of large cross-section mining roadway in Bulianta Coal Mine is high,and it can not meet the needs of rapid excavation of mining roadway.Taking the headgate of No.12511 working face in Bulianta Coal Mine as the research object,the supporting effect of the existing roadway bolt support scheme was analyzed by the methods of field monitoring and numerical simulation,and the optimal support scheme for safe and rapid excavation of mining roadway in Bulianta coal mine was put forward,and the technical and economic comparison was made.The results show that the deformation of the roadway side and roof of the existing support scheme is 48 mm and 63 mm respectively,and the deformation of the optimized support scheme is 54 mm and 65 mm respectively,which is 12%and 3%higher than that of the existing scheme,and the optimized roadway support cost is reduced by 21.92%.The optimized support scheme can ensure the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway,reduce the support cost,and improve the driving speed of the roadway.
