神东矿区布尔台矿厚煤层开采方法优化及设备配套研究

摘要 通过分析布尔台煤矿42煤层不同开采阶段开采方法的沿革,讨论了大采高一次采全高和综采放顶煤开采方法的应用情况及存在问题。针对42煤层二盘区综放开采采出率低、采空区遗煤自燃风险高等问题,基于未来规划开采区的煤层及地质条件,采用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法(FCEM),从煤层条件、回采技术、安全技术和经济社会效益的角度,分析了大采高一次采全高和综采放顶煤开采方法的适用性,评价结果表明在42煤层二盘区采用大采高综采的适应性大于综采放顶煤方法。基于42煤层规划开采区的生产地质条件,采用经验估算法和动载荷计算法对液压支架的主要参数进行计算,根据计算参数和支架支护特性确定支架形式,为布尔台煤矿大采高综采技术的应用提供理论依据。 Through analyzing the evolution of mining methods in different mining stages of 42 coal seam in Buertai Coal Mine,the application and existing problems of large-mining-height full height cutting mining method and fully-mechanized top-coal caving mining method were discussed.In the view of the problems of low recovery rate and high risk of spontaneous combustion of abandoned coal in goaf in No.2 panel area of 42 coal seam,the applicability of large-mining-height full height cutting mining method and fully-mechanized top-coal caving mining method is analyzed by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method from the angle of coal seam conditions,mining technology,safety technology and economic and social benefits,based on the coal seam and geological conditions of the future planned mining area.The evaluation results show that the adaptability of large-mining-height full height cutting mining method in the second panel of 42 coal seam is greater than that of fully-mechanized top-coal caving mining method.Based on the production geological conditions of the planned mining area of 42 coal seam,the main parameters of hydraulic support are calculated by using empirical estimation method and dynamic load calculation method.The support form is determined according to the calculated parameters and support characteristics,which provides theoretical basis for the application of large-mining-height full height cutting mining method in Buertai Coal Mine.
