综采工作面远程集中供电、供液系统设计与应用

摘要 在煤矿井下边角煤回采设计中,往往将面临同一盘区并列布置多个纵向距离很短的回采工作面。如果按照传统综合机械化采煤工艺进行开采,频繁搬迁设备列车,造成严重的人力、物力浪费,同时也给矿井安全管理带来巨大压力。为此,在探索煤炭资源最优的开采工艺过程中,提出井下综采远程集中供电、供液系统的实施方案,主要完成了远程设备列车布置、管路电缆布置校验和远程控制系统等设计方案,重点攻克了综采机尾推移技术,成功替代了传统单轨吊装置,取消了工人传统拉移变列车的工作量,提高了作业人员安全系数。活鸡兔井12煤层二盘区综采工作面为集中短面布置,该盘区适用于一次性部署远程集中供电、供液系统,避免频繁搬迁设备列车带来的工程量。回采一个综采工作面可节约运输成本600万元、人工成本100万元。活鸡兔井12207综采工作面部署远程集中供电、供液系统,完全取消传统拉设备列车工作,回采纵向长度1500 m工作面,可节约人工成本30万元;工作面机尾电缆推移装置,代替传统单轨吊拖拽,可节约人工成本12万元;建成远程控制系统,减员2人,节约成本80万元,同时也体现“无人则安”的安全理念,减轻煤矿安全管理压力,为推广至下一个工作面积累宝贵经验。 In the mining design of the corner coal under the coal mine,many longwall faces with short longitudinal distance are often arranged side by side in the same panel area.If mining in accordance with the traditional comprehensive mechanized coal mining technology,frequent removal of equipment trains,resulting in a serious waste of human and material resources,but also to the mine safety management brings great pressure.Therefore,in the process of exploring the optimum mining technology of coal resources,the implementation scheme of long-distance centralized power supply and liquid supply system for underground fully-mechanized mining is put forward,the design schemes of long-distance Equipment Train Arrangement,pipeline cable arrangement calibration and long-distance control system are mainly completed.The key technology of fully-mechanized coal winning machine tail moving is mastered,and the traditional monorail lifting device is successfully replaced,the workload of the traditional shift train for workers has been eliminated and the factor of safety for operators has been increased.The fully-mechanized coal mining face in the second panel area of the coal seam under huojitu well 12 is a centralized short face arrangement,which is suitable for the one-time deployment of long-distance centralized power supply and liquid supply system to avoid the amount of work caused by frequent moving of equipment trains.Mining a fully mechanized coal face can save 6 million yuan in transportation cost and 1 million yuan in labor cost.Long-distance centralized power supply and liquid supply system is deployed in 207 fully-mechanized coal face under 12 working faces of Huotu well,the traditional train work of pulling equipment is completely cancelled,and the longwall face with longitudinal length of 1500 meters is stoped,which can save 300000 yuan in labor cost;Instead of the traditional monorail haulage,it can save 120000 yuan in labor costs;it can save 800000 yuan by setting up a remote control system and reducing the number of employees.At the same time,it also embodies the safety concept of“No one is safe”and reduces the pressure of coal mine safety management,to accumulate valuable experience for promotion to the next working area.
