摘要
根据神东矿区大柳塔煤矿浅埋深复合煤层开采的特点,以大柳塔煤矿12煤综放工作面为例,深入分析浅埋藏复合采空区、矿井工作面正压通风系统、复合煤层工作面采掘部署情况,结合12煤自然发火特性、复合采空区监测数据、采空区遗煤及下分层工作面巷道上覆高位遗煤分布情况,研究复合区下分层开采工作面采空区漏风规律,综合判定12煤复合区下分层工作面回采过程中采空区易自燃区域。考虑工作面实际回采参数,坚持预防为主的原则,制定了相应的综合防灭火技术措施。利用矿井现有自然发火束管监测系统、光纤测温系统及安全监测监控系统,采取地面钻孔预防性注浆、固定注浆站注浆、采空区注氮、巷道断面喷浆、红外热成像仪测温、巷道架棚支护、地表裂缝重复回填等井上下综合性预防措施,设计地面钻孔注液态惰气等应急防灭火措施,为保证复合煤层下分层工作面安全回采提供技术支撑,充实了神东矿区浅埋深复合煤层开采防灭火技术体系。
According to the characteristics of shallow buried and composite coal seam mining in Daliutal Mine of Shendong Mining Area,taking the fully mechanized top coal caving mining face of Daliutal Mine 12 coal seam as an example the shallow burried and composite goaf,the positive pressure ventilation system of the mine working face,condition of composite coal seam mining deployment,combining with the spontaneous combustion features of 12 coal seam、monitoring data of composite goaf、the coal left in goaf and the distribution of overlying coal about lower coal seam mining face laneway,the law of air leakage on composite lower coal seam mining goaf was studied,the area prone to spontaneous combustion of goaf 12 coal seam during composite lower coal seam mining face was comprehensively determined.Considering the actual mining parameters of the working face,insist on the principle of precaution crucia,comprehensive measures on fire prevention and control technology were formulated.The paper provided comprehensive control measures like that utilizing the existing spontaneous fire bundle tube monitoring system in the mine、distributed temperature sensing and supervision system of coal mine satey,ground drilling grouting、fixed grouting stations grouting、nitrogen injection in goaf、roadway section shotcrete、measuring temperature with infrared therma lcamera、laneway shelf support and the repeateing backfilling of surface fissures.Ground drilling holes were designed to inject liquid inert gas as emergency fire prevention and control technology.Providing technical support to ensure the safe mining of composite lower coal seam mining face,the fire prevention and control technology system of shallow buried and composite coal seam mining in Shendong Mining Area was Enriched.
