采煤机用随机抽尘净化装置的研究与现场试验 被引量:3

摘要 在总结补连塔煤矿综采工作面粉尘治理技术和采煤机周围风速分布规律的基础上,设计了一种采煤机用随机抽尘净化装置,用于处理受采煤机阻挡沿支架行人侧运移的含尘风流。采用理论分析、数值模拟、试验等方法研究了随机抽尘净化装置的处理风量、吸尘口等主要性能参数,研究结果表明:对于采高8 m的综采工作面,受采煤机机身阻挡向支架行人侧的扩散的风量达2.8 m^(3)/s,采煤机随机抽尘净化装置处理风量达到3 m^(3)/s时,才能达到较好的粉尘控制效果:大采高工作面用随机抽尘净化装置对支架行人侧的降尘效率在69%左右,可提升大采高综采工作面粉尘治理效果。 On the basis of summarizing the flour dust control technology and the distribution law of wind speed around the shearer in Bulianta Coal Mine,a random dust extraction and purification device for the shearer is designed to treat pedestrians along the support blocked by the shearer Dust-laden air flow moving sideways.Using theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,experiment and other methods to study the main performance parameters of the random dust extraction and purification device,such as air volume,dust suction port and other main performance parameters,the research results show that:The diffused air flow to the pedestrian side of the support reaches 2.8 m^(3)/s,and the random dust extraction and purification device of the coal shearer can achieve a better dust control effect when the processing air volume reaches 3 m^(3)/s:the large mining height working face is purified by random dust extraction The dust control effect of the device on the pedestrian side of the support is about 69%,which can improve the dust control effect of the large mining height and comprehensive mining work.
