摘要
以补连塔煤矿为例,系统总结煤巷掘进过程中存在矿压显现大,特别是下组煤掘进矿压显现尤其明显,超厚煤巷掘进底煤留设不合理,层位控制难,大断面煤巷掘进悬顶面积大,顶板控制难等工程影响因素,基于以上不同影响因素,结合掘进巷道的实际条件,提出了针对性解决措施,为巷道的安全高效掘进提供了可靠的技术方案,最大化降低了巷道使用期内的各项维护投入,确保了巷道生命周期内安全高效使用。
Taking Bulianta Coal Mine as an example,this paper systematically summarizes the engineering influencing factors in the process of coal roadway excavation,such as large ground pressure behavior,especially in the lower group of coal roadway excavation,unreasonable bottom coal reservation in ultra thick coal roadway excavation,difficult horizon control,large suspended roof area in large section coal roadway excavation,and difficult roof management.Based on the above different influencing factors and combined with the actual conditions of roadway excavation,The targeted solutions are put forward,which provides a reliable technical scheme for the safe and efficient excavation of the roadway,minimizes the maintenance investment in the service life of the roadway,and ensures the safe and efficient use in the life cycle of the roadway.
