摘要 基于复杂技术条件下特大断面开切眼掘进设计、掘进设备选型配套、掘进工艺优化和开切眼综合控制等问题,以国能神东煤炭集团补连塔煤矿12514大采高综采工作面开切眼为例,结合现场实际地质条件及开切眼顶底板移近量、顶板垮落情况,研究了复杂技术条件下特大断面开切眼综合控制技术,确定了复杂技术条件下特大断面开切眼掘进的配套掘进设备、掘进速度、回采设备运输及安装所需空间、掘进工艺等综合技术参数。技术实施结果表明,复杂技术条件下特大断面开切眼综合控制技术的运用是安全可靠的,应用该技术可保证开切眼围岩稳定,可满足工作面设备的安装和初采,为类似地质条件下的大断面开切眼施工以及后续综合利用提供借鉴。 Based on the complex technical conditions of large cross-section open-off cut excavation design,selection and matching of tunneling equipment,optimization of tunneling process and difficulties in the integrated control of the open-off cut,taking the open-off cut of,No.12514 full-mechanized mining face with large mining height in Bulianta Coal Mine of Shendong Coal Group as an example,the comprehensive control technology of open-off cut of extra large section under complex technical conditions is studied,considering the actual geological conditions on site,the displacement of the roof and the floor of the open-off cut,and the caving of the roof,the necessary equipment,surrounding rock factors,roof caving factors,driving speed,large cross-section point design,driving technology and so on are determined under complex technical conditions.The results show that the application of the comprehensive control technology of large section open-off cut under complex technical conditions is safe and reliable,and the application of this technology can ensure the stability of the surrounding rock of open-off cut,and can meet the needs of the installation and initial mining of working face equipment,it provides reference for the construction of large section open、off cut under similar geological conditions and its subsequent comprehensive utilization.
