摘要 为探索浅埋煤层工作面合理长度,以补连塔矿12416综采工作面为研究对象,采用理论公式计算法,分析产量、经济效应、风量因素对工作面长度的影响,得出工作面长度合理区间为215~287 m;基于此,运用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件,探究非充分采动与充分采动条件下,不同工作面长度(200、220、240、260、280 m)采场与巷道顶板垂直应力分布情况。研究发现:当工作面长度>220 m时,巷道压力随工作面不断推进而陡增。当工作面长度≤240 m时,采场顶板来压随推进长度的增长陡增;当工作面长度>240 m时,采场顶板来压初始值很高,推进长度对顶板来压影响较小。综合考虑各项因素,12416综采工作面合理长度为220 m。研究成果可为相似条件工作面开采长度合理设计提供参考依据。 In order to explore the reasonable length of working face in shallow coal seam,this paper takes No.12416 fully-mechanized mining face in Bulianta Mine as the research object,uses the theoretical formula calculation method,analyzes the influence of output,economic effect and air volume factors on the length of working face,and obtains that the reasonable range of working face length is 215~287 m;Based on this,FLAC^(3D)numerical simulation software is used to explore the vertical stress distribution of stope and roadway roof with different working face lengths(200,220,240,260 and 280 m)under the conditions of insufficient mining and full mining.It is found that when the working face length is more than 220 m,the roadway pressure increases sharply with the continuous advancement of the working face.When the working face length is≤240 m,the roof pressure increases sharply with the increase of advancing length;When the working face length is>240 m,the initial value of roof pressure is very high,and the advancing length has little effect on roof pressure.Considering all factors,the reasonable length of No.12416 fully-mechanized mining face is 220 m.The research results can provide reference for the reasonable design of mining length of working face under similar conditions.
