摘要 实施智能化水处理建设,是通过智能化改造,推进精干高效少人化生产,实现水厂工艺控制自动化、生产管理信息化、车间运行少人化,提高水处理厂劳动生产率。可实时掌握系统运行情况,及时发现并解决运行中的问题,同时降低现场工作人员的劳动强度,减少人工成本。借助‘互联网+’,以及“物联网、云计算、大数据”等技术,向智慧水务转型,并快速发展。水处理正在以“信息数字化、控制自动化、决策智能化”为核心,探索无人值守的管理模式,逐渐成为现代污水处理行业的发展趋势。水处理集控中心主要由集中监控云平台、自动化监控工程师及操作员站、调度监控大屏幕、综合业务应用展示等组成。智能集成平台包括设备层、采集转换层、应用程序服务层、应用展示层。系统采用基于服务的架构(SOA),4层共包含6类功能模块,来自外部系统的异构数据经过采集及转化模块统一处理,并写入标准格式的系统模块数据库,服务模块作为系统数据的唯一访问对象,经过解析处理后提供给应用展示层进行展示。6类功能模块分别为外部系统及数据模块、采集及转换模块、系统数据模块、服务模块、应用展示程序模块、配置管理程序模块。综合信息化集成平台各水处理厂的接口主要是通过工业网络实现信息交换与信息共享,要求在网络级和串口级提供多种符合国际主流标准的接口方式,便于各种子系统的接入,能够集成不同设备的硬件设备和软件产品,实现各系统互操作,并将各系统数据集成。现场各子系统数据集成需要使用硬件网关将所有的子系统接口(以太网,RS485,CAN等)统一转换为网络标准,将异构下的数据协议统一转换为OPC,实现和自动化系统平台进行数据交互,实现智能管控基础数据的实时采集,实现智能化应用数据基础。矿井水处理向自动化、信息化、智能化发展是大方向、大趋势,不可逆转。采用信息化、自动化、智能化的方式减员提效,建设智能化矿井水处理站,推进水处理厂的安全、高效、可持续发展。要以“减人、提效、保安”为目标,推进精干高效、数字化、智能化、少人化水处理厂的生产。智能化实现后,可实时掌握系统运行情况,及时发现并解决运行中的问题,同时降低现场工作人员的劳动强度,减少人工成本,最终实现矿井水处理水质的稳定达标。 The implementation of intelligent water treatment construction is to promote lean and efficient production with fewer people through intelligent transformation,realize automation of water plant process control,informatization of production management,fewer people in workshop operation,and improve labor productivity of water treatment plant.It can grasp the operation of the system in real time,find and solve problems in operation in time,and reduce the labor intensity and labor cost of field staff.With the help of Internet plus,and Internet of things,cloud computing,big data and other technologies,we have transformed into smart water and developed rapidly.Water treatment is taking"information digitization,control automation,decision-making intelligence"as the core,exploring the unattended management mode,and gradually becoming the development trend of modern sewage treatment industry.Water treatment centralized control center is mainly composed of centralized monitoring cloud platform,Automation monitoring engineer and operator station,dispatching monitoring large screen,integrated business application display,etc.The intelligent integration platform includes device layer,collection conversion layer,application service layer and application display layer.The system adopts the service-based architecture(SOA),which consists of six functional modules in four layers.The heterogeneous data from the external system is processed by the collection and transformation module,and written into the system module database in the standard format.The service module is the only access object of the system data,which is provided to the application display layer after the analysis and processing.The six functional modules are external system and data module,acquisition and conversion module,system data module,service module,application display module and configuration management module.The interface of each water treatment plant of the integrated information integration platform is mainly to realize information exchange and information sharing through the industrial network.It is required to provide a variety of interface modes in line with the international mainstream standards at the network level and serial port level,to facilitate the access of various subsystems,to integrate the hardware equipment and software products of different equipment,to realize the interoperability of various systems,and to integrate the data of various systems.The data integration of each subsystem on site requires the use of hardware gateway to convert all subsystem interfaces(Ethernet,RS485,can,etc.)into network standards,and the data protocol under isomerism into OPC,so as to realize the data interaction with the automation system platform,realize the real-time collection of basic data of intelligent management and control,and lay a solid data foundation for intelligent application.The development of mine water treatment to automation,information and intelligence is the general direction and trend,which is irreversible.In order to promote the safe,efficient and sustainable development of the water treatment plant,it is necessary to reduce the number of personnel and improve the efficiency by means of information,automation and intelligence,and build an intelligent mine water treatment station.With the goal of"reducing personnel,improving efficiency and security",we should promote the production of lean,efficient,digital,intelligent and less manned water treatment plants.After the intelligent realization,the system operation can be grasped in real time,the problems in operation can be found and solved in time,the labor intensity of the field staff can be reduced,the labor cost can be reduced,and the stable water quality of the mine water treatment can be achieved finally.
