摘要 随着中国制造2025国家战略的提出,我国掀起了一股煤矿智能化建设的热潮,按照党中央国务院决策部署,各大院所、协会、装备制造商及煤业集团已经基本形成了对煤矿智能化建设的初步共识,并陆续出台了相应的煤矿智能化建设标准和指南。国家能源集团认真落实八部委《关于加快煤矿智能化发展的指导意见》,围绕该指导意见率先制定了《煤矿智能化建设指南》,用以指导各单位煤矿智能化建设。重点描述掘进工作面智能化建设分析与设计,叙述了目前煤矿掘进系统智能化现状及趋势,智能化建设目标及展望,智能化关键技术攻破及瓶颈技术攻关,并整体从标准体系、感知网络、传输通道、应用中心、云服务平台的技术架构进行阐述,从智能化掘进装备感知操控技术到自主掘进协同作业场景进行分析与设计,并分初级、中级、高级智能化建设原则先试点后推广,实现从环境感知、大脑决策、平台执行智能化掘进,实现少人、无人安全高效绿色智能生产。 With the proposal of the National Strategy of the Made in China 2025,a upsurge of intelligent construction of coal mines has been set off in China,according to the decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,various institutions,associations,equipment manufacturers and coal industry groups have basically formed a preliminary consensus on the intelligent construction of coal mines,and have issued the corresponding standards and guidelines for the intelligent construction of coal mines.The State Energy Group has thoroughly implemented Xi Jinping’s thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era,and earnestly implemented the eight ministries and commissions’guiding opinions on accelerating the intelligent development of coal mines,based on the guiding opinions,the guide to intelligent construction of coal mines was first formulated to guide the intelligent construction of coal mines in various units.This paper describes the analysis and design of intelligent construction of heading face,describes the present situation and trend of intelligent construction of heading system in coal mine,the target and prospect of intelligent construction,the key technology of intelligent breakthrough and the key technology of bottleneck,and overall from the standard system,the perception network,the transmission channel,the application center,the cloud service platform’s technical structure carries on the elaboration,from the intelligent tunneling equipment perception control technology to the independent tunneling coordinated operation scene carries on the analysis and the design,and sub-primary,intermediate,advanced intelligent construction principle of the first pilot and then promote,to realize from the environment perception,brain decision-making,platform implementation of intelligent excavation,to achieve few people,no one safe and efficient green intelligent production.
