摘要 近年来,煤矿智能化在全国掀起新一轮技术革命。智能开采对采煤工作面供液系统的供液能力、供液效率、供液质量提出了更高的要求。系统阐述我国煤矿采煤工作面在传统分散式供液方式上存在的突出问题,研究地面集中配液及采区远距离供液系统,在兖州煤业鲍店煤矿实施应用,有效保障采煤工作面高压用液需求,同时为智能开采提供了可复制的成功经验。 In recent years,intelligent mining has set off a new round of technological revolution in China.Intelligent mining puts forward higher requirements on the emulsion supply capacity,emulsion supply efficiency and emulsion supply quality of the emulsion supply system of heading face.It systematically explains the prominent problems existing in the traditional decentralized emulsion supply system in the heading face of our country’s coal mines.Research on the centralized emulsion distribution on the ground and the long-distance emulsion supply system in the mining area,and implement the application in the Baodian Coal Mine of Yanzhou Coal Mining Company,in order to effectively guaranteeing the high-pressure emulsion supply of the heading face,and at the same time providing replicable successful experience for intelligent mining.
