摘要
基于黄白茨煤矿13上2层煤层特点和开采方式,进行了薄煤层综采工作面智能化控制系统的应用。系统采用全新平台架构,从硬件与软件2方面进行升级,制定工作面自动化采煤工艺,以采煤机智能控制、液压支架自动跟机及可视化远程监控为基础,利用Longwall Mind控制软件,建设具有自动感知、自动分析、智能处理的安全,高效,节能,少人化的智能综采工作面。
In this paper,based on the characteristics and mining methods of huangbaici coal mine No.13 upper 2 coal seam,the application of intelligent control system of thin coal seam fully-mechanized mining face is carried out.The system adopts a new platform architecture,upgrades from both hardware and software,formulates the automatic coal mining technology of the working face,and uses longwall technology based on intelligent control of the shearer,automatic follow-up of the hydraulic support and visual remote monitoring mind control software is used to build a safe,efficient,energy-saving and less humanized intelligent fully-mechanized face with automatic perception,automatic analysis and intelligent processing.
