摘要 智能化技术的引入在一定程度上实现了多年来无人化开采煤矿的目标,为煤矿自动化开采带来了巨大的进步。煤矿综采工作面无人化和少人化开采对于煤矿的安全生产至关重要,因此,智能化开采对图像采集、视频传输、无线通信、自动跟踪等技术提出了更高的设计要求。薄煤层智能化综采工作面建设与应用是伊泰宝山煤矿重点推进实施的项目,当前煤矿自动化开采技术虽已经成熟,但薄煤层自动化开采技术还需要进一步探索、研究。为了解决目前矿井薄煤层采煤工作面自动化采煤存在的问题,重点介绍了薄煤层智能化综采工作面自动化控制系统的建设和应用、管理经验和做法及应用效果,并对应用过程中出现的问题提出解决办法。 The introduction of intelligent technology has achieved the goal of unmanned coal mining for many years to a certain extent,and has brought great progress for coal mine automatic mining.The unmanned and less manned mining of fully-mechanized coal mining face is very important for the safety production of coal mines.Therefore,intelligent mining puts forward higher design requirements for image acquisition,video transmission,wireless communication,automatic tracking and other technologies.The construction and application of intelligent fully mechanized working face in thin coal seam is a key project of Baoshan Coal Mine in Yitai.Although the current automatic mining technology for coal mines is mature,the automatic mining technology for thin coal seams still needs further exploration and research.In order to solve the existing problems of automatic coal mining in thin coal seam mining face,this paper mainly focused on the construction and application of the automatic control system of intelligent fully-mechanized coal mining face in thin coal seams,management experience and practices,and application effects of automatic control system in thin coal seam intelligent fully-mechanized mining face,and put forward solutions to the problems in the application process.
