智能化采煤工作面关键技术及应用

Key technology and application of intelligent coal mining face

煤矿智能化建设是当前煤矿行业发展的主要方向,采煤工作面的智能化是煤矿智能化中的重点和难点。对采煤工作面智能化的研究现状进行了梳理,总结了采煤工作面智能化建设中的技术瓶颈,分别对环境与设备状态精准感知技术、采煤空间三维地质信息建模方法、采煤机高精度惯性导航定位技术、多源信息融合感知与智能交互技术、采煤设备系统协同控制技术、采煤智能化软件平台技术进行了分析。以淄矿集团的智能化工作面系统建设为基础,介绍了采煤装备状态感知、工作面系统协调集中控制、采煤工作面设备故障诊断和智能化采煤系统安全保障等相关技术的应用效果。

Intelligent coal mine is an important direction of coal mine development,intelligent coal mining face is the focus and difficulty of intelligent coal mine.This paper analyzes the research status of intelligent coal mining face,combs the key technologies of intelligent coal mining face,and analyzes the accurate sensing technology of environment and equipment status,three-dimensional geological information modeling of coal mining space,high-precision inertial navigation positioning of shearer,multi source information fusion perception and intelligent interaction,system control technology of coal mining equipment,and intelligent software platform technology of coal mining.On this basis,combined with the current situation of Zibo Mining Group in the construction of intelligent coal mining face,this paper introduces the application effect of related technologies,such as state acquisition and transmission of coal mining equipment,coordinated centralized control of coal mining face system,fault diagnosis of coal mining face equipment and safety guarantee of intelligent coal mining system.
