高地温特厚煤层超长时间撤面防灭火治理体系构建 被引量:2

摘要 为治理新巨龙公司煤矿8301高地温特厚煤层工作面末采期间受2305S进风巷冲击地压事件影响造成该综放工作面因长时间停采而致使工作面采空区出现煤自燃的问题,从煤自然发火条件出发,对8301工作面自燃的因素进行了分析,确定引起煤自然发火的关键因素。根据8301工作面实际地质构造条件,通过完善工作面双回路的注浆、注胶体、注液态CO2、注N2管路系统,针对性地对自燃危险区域进行超前防灭火作业和气体监测监控,并且为了能更方便地管理工作面撤架期间的防灭火工作,按照国家矿井"精准、精细、精确"的治灾标准的要求,创新性地提出了构建高地温特厚煤层综放工作面末采-撤架期间的双重防灭火体系,即"三步法撤面技术体系、一张图撤面管理体系",对采空区遗煤自燃危险区域实现超前预防、治理和监测监控。同时利用监测监控气体的手段,通过气体浓度变化来验证工作面采空区超前预防、治理的效果和指导工作面采空区危险区域的下一步防灭火工作的重点区域。实践证明,该双重防灭火体系有效保障了8301工作面在复杂条件下超长时间的末采-回撤期间采空区煤自燃防灭火工作,实现了液压支架的安全回收和工作人员的安全作业,为高地温厚煤层复杂综放工作面末采-回撤期间煤自燃防治积累了成功经验。 In order to solve the problem of the coal spontaneous combustion in the gob of the fully-mechanized caving face due to the longterm suspension of mining and passing through the coal spontaneous combustion of the fully mechanized caving face due to the impact of the rock pressure at No.2305 S air inlet roadway during the end mining of No.8301 high-temperature and extra-thick seam face,based on the conditions of spontaneous combustion of coal,the factors of spontaneous combustion in No.8301 working face were analyzed,and the key factors causing coal spontaneous combustion were determined.According to the actual geological structure conditions of No.8301 working face,through improving the pipeline system of grouting,colloid injection,liquid CO2 injection and N2 injection in the double circuit of the working face,the advanced fire prevention and extinguishing operation and gas monitoring and monitoring of the spontaneous combustion hazardous areas were carried out.In order to better manage the fire prevention and extinguishing work during the removal of the working face,in accordance with the requirements of the national mine disaster control standard of"precision,fineness and accuracy",this paper innovatively put forward the construction of double fire prevention and extinguishing system during the period of final mining and support removal of fully-mechanized top coal caving face in high temperature and extra thick coal seam,namely the"three-step technology system for surface removal management system",so as to realize advanced prevention,treatment and monitoring and monitoring of the spontaneous combustion hazard areas of remaining coal in the gob.At the same time,the means of monitoring gas is used to verify the effect of advance prevention and treatment of gob of the working face through the change of gas concentration,and to guide the key areas of next fire prevention and extinguishing work in the dangerous area of working face.Practice has proved that the dual fire-fighting system effectively ensures the coal spontaneous combustion prevention and extinguishing work of No.8301 working face during the ultra long period of final mining withdrawal under complex conditions,realizing the safe recovery of hydraulic supports and the safe operation of staff.The operation has accumulated successful experience for the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion during the period of final mining and withdrawal in complex fully-mechanized caving face in high temperature and thick coal seam.
