华丰煤矿冲击矿压分析与防治措施 被引量:5

摘要 为了明确山东能源新汶矿业集团华丰煤矿是否具备冲击地压有效防治能力,冲击地压治理措施是否落实到位,对华丰煤矿4、6、11煤层冲击倾向性和冲击危险性进行鉴定与评价,冲击地压防治区域与局部监测系统的总分监测分析,预测预报采掘工作面冲击危险程度,进而制定有针对性的防冲措施,阐明了华丰煤矿冲击地压治理坚持区域先行、局部跟进、分区管理、分类防治的原则,华丰煤矿优化开拓布局,开采四煤层前先开采六煤层,降低四煤层工作面的应力,采用"负煤柱""零煤柱"巷道布置方式,解决工作面巷道掘进期间的应力集中,通过分析实验室试验得出的煤样应变—应力曲线,数值模拟得出的工作面煤体围岩的应力转移和调整过程会随开挖活动的剧烈程度而变化,且具有累积效应,多次开挖之间相互影响,下一次开挖的围岩应力环境取决于本次开挖后的应力调整及能量集聚释放的程度的规律及工作面生产期间现场实践结果的结合,对采掘布局进行了优化,明确了矿井开拓巷道与永久硐室布置在岩层中的安全性,及矿井最大采煤采深,采煤工作面推进速度与安全距离的选择。根据矿井采煤工作面个数、采煤工作面推进速度确定矿井的防冲安全生产能力,为相似条件的矿井提供理论与实践依据。 In order to determine whether Huafeng Coal Mine of Shandong Energy Xinwen Mining Group Co.,Ltd.,has the ability of effective prevention and control of rock burst,whether the control measures of rock burst are in place,and whether it has the conditions for safe production,this paper identifies and evaluates the impact tendency and risk of coal seams 4,6 and 11 in Huafeng Coal Mine,and analyzes the total score of regional and local monitoring system for rock burst prevention and control.The paper predicts and forecasts the risk degree of rock burst in mining face,and then formulates targeted anti scour measures.It illustrates that Huafeng Coal Mine adheres to the principle of regional first,local follow-up,partition management and classified prevention and control.Huafeng Coal Mine optimizes the development layout,mines the sixth coal seam as the liberated layer before mining the fourth coal seam,reduces the stress of the working face of the fourth coal seam,and adopts the"negative coal pillar"and"zero coal pillar"roadway layout can solve the stress concentration during the tunneling of working face.By analyzing the strain stress curve of coal sample obtained from laboratory test,the stress transfer and adjustment process of surrounding rock of coal body in working face obtained by numerical simulation will change with the intensity of excavation activities,and have cumulative effect.Multiple excavation will affect each other,and the surrounding area of the next excavation will be affected the rock stress environment depends on the stress adjustment and the degree of energy concentration and release after the excavation and the combination of the field practice results during the working face production.The mining layout is optimized,and the safety of the mine development roadway and permanent chamber layout in the rock stratum,the selection of the maximum mining depth,the advancing speed and the safe distance of the mining face are determined.According to the number of working faces and the advancing speed of coal mining face,the safety production capacity of mine is determined,which provides theoretical and practical basis for similar mines.
