跨孔电磁波CT探测在采空区帷幕注浆工程中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 受2007年山东华源矿业集团有限公司(简称华源)发生的"8·17"溃水淹井事故影响,也为确保孙村煤矿安全生产,孙村煤矿与华源约定以F6断层为界,华源淹井后采用原三立井进行排水,现保持水位+30 m,以确保华源水不会上升后通过浅部煤柱破坏区进入孙村煤矿范围内,从而引起孙村煤矿的透水事故,截至今,华源三立井排水已经持续长达13年的时间。但是目前华源三立井排水严重超标,影响了柴汶河水质,经过专家组论证,需在孙村矿实施华源水帷幕注浆隔离,对孙村煤矿和华源进行彻底隔离,华源三立井污水不再外排,以达到柴汶河水质提升目的。通过调研和现状技术分析,如今对采空区帷幕注浆效果检测暂无成熟技术,在充分分析探测环境和钻孔情况下,结合跨孔电磁波CT探测原理,提出应用跨孔电磁波CT注浆前采空区探测和注浆后帷幕注浆质量检测的系统方案,注浆前利用注浆孔进行跨孔电磁波CT,重点分析采空区分布范围,为注浆施工提供可靠资料,注浆后采用注浆前的CT探查方案二次探测,通过前后结果对比,分析帷幕段采空区注浆效果。通过该项目实践,跨孔电磁波CT探测技术在帷幕构筑不同阶段提供了有力技术支持,注浆前跨孔电磁波CT探测结果有效指导了注浆工作,注浆后跨孔电磁波CT探测成果有效评价了注浆质量。 In 2007,"8·17"flooding accident occurred in Shandong Huayuan Mining Group Co.,Ltd.(Huayuan Mine).Suncun Coal Mine and Huayuan Mine are separated by F6 fault.Water level of Huayuan Mine is kept+30 m,in order to ensure that water from Huayuan Mine will not pour into Suncun Coal Mine,at present third vertical wells drain water in Huayuan Mine seriously beyond the standard,affecting the water quality of the Chaiwen River,so the water curtain grouting isolation project was implemented in Huayuan Mine,with the aim of isolating water from Huayuan adjacent mines,but now there is no good method to verify the grouting effect of the curtain in the goaf.Based on the research and field practice of the cross-hole electromagnetic wave CT,the cross-hole electromagnetic wave CT technique is proposed,CT exploration of curtain grouting section before and after grouting was carried out,and the results were compared to verify the effect of curtain grouting.The distribution and development of the goaf in the curtain grouting section are analyzed by the cross-hole electromagnetic wave CT exploration before grouting,and the three-dimensional map of the distribution of the goaf in the curtain grouting section is drawn,and in accordance with the design of the curtain grouting project,grouting reinforcement was carried out in the curtain section,and CT exploration was carried out in the area again after the check and acceptance of grouting was completed,through analyzing and comparing the exploration of goaf,the curtain grouting effect is verified.Through the experiment and application of this project,the cross-hole electromagnetic wave CT method has a set of completed verification means for the effectiveness verification of the curtain grouting project in underground engineering,it has good popularization significance for curtain grouting,sealing up aquifer,dam grouting and tunnel grouting.
