摘要
在近距离煤层重复采动条件下,通过研究近断层保护煤柱开采与覆岩结构演化—矿压显现与应力传递—围岩稳定与控制之间的关系,确定合理的超前预掘工作面回撤通道(或者终采线)位置及其安全支护等关键技术参数,保障采煤工作面过断层安全回撤与停采,实现灾害控制和煤炭回收的双重目的。构建多煤层重复采动条件下工作面过断层超前预掘工作面回撤通道(或者终采线位置确定)关键技术与方法,丰富和完善矿山压力理论和开采设计方法,保障工作面安全生产,解决矿井实际生产难题,同时对深部工作面过断层安全、高效开采提供参考。随着国家能源开发和资源配置中心向西部转移,西部矿井生产能力的提升和安全开采的要求进一步提高,西部浅埋或中深近距离多煤层、重复采动矿井,基于西部矿井当前特有的近距离倾斜多煤层(具有弱冲击倾向性)、断层构造、重复采动等"复杂"条件下,进行预掘工作面回撤通道,在国内其他矿井不具有相似条件,相关的预掘工作面回撤通道成功案例不能够直接指导或运用于西部矿井预掘工作面回撤通道/终采线设计,因此,通过理论演技和工程实践,提高工作面回撤通道布置的合理性、降低矿压灾害的风险,从而实现减少损失、增加收益和稳定矿区的综合效益。
By studying the relationship between"overburden structure evolution,mine pressure manifestation and stress transfer-rock stability and control in mining near fault protected coal pillar under the condition of repeated mining in contiguous coal seams,determine the reasonable pre-excavation roadway(or final line)position and safety support and other key technical parameters to ensure the safety of coal mining face and stop mining,achieve the dual purpose of disaster control and coal recovery.The key techniques and methods of preexcavation roadway(or final line position determination)under the condition of repeated mining in multiple coal seams are constructed to enrich and perfect the mine pressure theory and mining design method,to ensure the safe production of the working face and to solve the practical production problems.And with the transfer of the national energy development and resource allocation center to the west,the improvement of the production capacity and the requirement of safe mining in the west,the shallow-buried or medium-deep‘close-up multi-coal seam,repeated mining’mine in the west,based on the current complex conditions,such as mine,such as multi-coal seam,fault structure and repeated mining,Therefore,through theoretical acting and engineering practice,the rationality of roadway layout and the risk of mine pressure disaster can be improved,so as to reduce the loss,increase the income and stabilize the comprehensive benefit of the mining area.
