新巨龙选煤厂中煤回收工艺优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着优质煤炭资源的日益减少,选煤设备性能的不断提高,煤炭分选将向着低能耗高效率的方向发展。为了提高选煤厂精煤产率并稳定中煤质量,针对新巨龙选煤厂中煤回收系统存在的问题,基于煤质破碎特性和厂房结构布局,通过调研和细致论证中煤再选回收工艺,创新提出将再选有压两产品重介旋流器更换为有压三产品重介旋流器、TCS分选机尾矿通入再选混料桶进行分选排矸,通过不断调整有压三产品旋流器结构参数,利用有压三产品重介旋流器分选精度高、分选下限低的优势,最终中煤回收工艺优化改造顺利完成。生产实践表明:有压三产品重介旋流器分选精度E_(1)<0.03 g/cm^(3)、E_(2)<0.05 g/cm^(3),3^(#)精煤产率增加1.12%,年增加精煤产量约10万t,TCS分选机尾矿经小直径水力旋流器浓缩后给入再选混料桶,中煤产率可降低1.09%,发热量提高375 cal/g,达到了精煤提率和稳定中煤质量的目标;改造后年可创造经济效益6500万元,经济效益和社会效益显著。"有压两产品重介旋流器+有压三产品重介旋流器"工艺改造减少了中煤再选项目投资,通过产品结构调整和技术改造,有利于老厂技术改造,能够实现重介系统分选精度提高和精煤资源的高效回收;TCS尾矿通入再选系统排矸工艺,充分利用现有工艺特性,优化"两产品"粗煤泥分选工艺不足,推动选煤技术工艺的多元化、高效化的发展。 With the increasing reduction of high-quality coal resources and the continuous improvement of the performance of coal preparation equipment,coal separation will develop in the direction of low energy consumption and high efficiency.To increase the yield of clean coal in the coal preparation plant and stabilize the quality of middling,in response to the problems in the coal recovery system of the Xinjulong Coal Preparation Plant,based on the characteristics of coal crushing and plant structure layout,through investigation and detailed demonstration of middlings re-separation recovery process,it is proposed to replace the pressure two-product HM cyclone with a pressure threeproduct HM cyclone,TCS tailings is passed into the re-selection mixing barrel for discharging gangue,and carried out the optimization and transformation of coal recovery process.By continuously adjusting the structural parameters of the pressurized three product cyclone,taking advantage of the advantages of high separation accuracy and low separation limit of the pressurized three product dense medium cyclone,the optimization of the middle coal recovery process was successfully completed.Practice shows that the separation accuracy of three product dense medium cyclone is less than 0.03 g/cm^(3)and E_(2)is less than 0.05 g/cm^(3).The yield of clean coal is increased by 1.12%and the annual clean coal output is increased by about 100000 tons.The tailings of TCS separator are concentrated by small diameter hydro cyclone and fed into the re separation mixing barrel.The yield of middling coal can be reduced by 1.09%,and the calorific value can be increased by 375 cal/g,achieving the goal of clean coal recovery and stabilizing middling coal quality.After the transformation,the economic and social benefits are remarkable.The process transformation of pressurized two product dense medium cyclone and pressurized three product dense medium cyclone reduces the investment in the middle coal re-concentration project.Through the product structure adjustment and technical transformation,it is conducive to the technical transformation of the old plant,which can improve the separation accuracy of the dense medium system and efficiently recover the clean coal resources.TCS tailings are introduced into the gangue discharge process of the reseparation system,making full use of the existing process characteristics to optimize the two products process.The separation technology of product coarse slime is insufficient,which promotes the development of diversification and high efficiency of coal preparation technology.
