摘要 为全面了解煤的热解过程,探讨了煤化程度、热解温度、升温速率、停留时间、热解气氛以及热解压力等不同热解条件变化对煤热解行为、产物分布和产品性质的影响,提出了通过对热解过程中不同影响因素的调控与优化,从而实现煤的定向热解转化得到所需要的热解目标产物的方法。针对煤热解产物油品的提质,提出了催化热解和共热解2个研究思路,介绍了不同类型催化剂以及与不同物质的共热解对油品提质的影响。实践证明,通过在煤热解过程中添加一定量的催化剂(催化热解)或富氢物质(共热解)能够有效地使热解油中的重质组分转化为轻质组分。 In order to comprehensively understand the effects of different pyrolysis conditions on pyrolysis behavior,product distribution and product properties in the pyrolysis process of coal,the degree of coalification,pyrolysis temperature,heating rate,residence time,pyrolysis atmosphere and pyrolysis pressure are introduced.As well as the method of obtaining the desired pyrolysis target product by controlling and optimizing the different influencing factors in the pyrolysis process is proposed.In order to improve the quality of coal pyrolysis oil products,two study ideas of catalytic pyrolysis and co-pyrolysis were proposed.The effects of different types of catalysts and co-pyrolysis with different substances on the upgrading of oil products were introduced.The practice showed that the heavy components in the pyrolysis oil can be effectively converted into light components by adding a certain amount of catalyst(catalytic pyrolysis)or hydrogen-rich material(co-pyrolysis)in the coal pyrolysis process.
