我国煤基石墨资源与制烯潜力 被引量:3

Coal-based graphite resources and its graphene preparation potential in China

摘要 煤基石墨是石墨的重要组成部分,兼具金属和非金属的优良特性,是新兴产业的重要原材料。我国煤基石墨资源储量丰富,开发利用程度低,资源应用潜力巨大。基于当前煤基石墨勘探开发取得的重要成果及现代分析测试技术方法,探讨了接触变质作用叠加岩浆流体热作用的煤基石墨成因机制和演化规律。借助HR-TEM、XRD、Raman及磁阻等测试方法分析了煤基石墨结构表征参数,综合前人以成分指标H/C和结构指标中晶面间距d002及拉曼积分面积比R2划分煤基石墨与无烟煤的具体值,结合国家政策导向和煤基石墨原材料资源优势及石墨烯采选制备工艺方法,参照太西煤制烯的转化工艺提出以煤基石墨为前驱体制备石墨烯的构想。 Coal-based graphite as one of the component of graphite,it is an important raw material for emerging industries with both metallic and nonmetallic excellent properties.China is abundant of resource reserve of coal-based graphite,low in exploitation and utilization,however,it have great potential for application.Based on the modern analytical test technique method and vital achievements of coal-based graphite exploration and development,the genetic mechanism and evolution law of coal based graphite with contact metamorphism superimposed by magmatic fluids are discussed.With the methods of HR-TEM,XRD,Raman and Reluctance,The characterization parameters of the structure of coal-based graphite are analyzed.Meanwhile,based the specific values of coal-based graphite and anthracite divided by Component index(H/C)and crystal space(d002),Raman integral area ratio(R2)of structural index,In combination with national policy orientation and resource advantages of coal-based graphite raw materials and preparation process of graphene,in view of the conversion process of Taixi coal,the idea of preparing graphene with coal-based graphite as precursor is proposed.
